Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, collected when you sign up or sign in (including via Google sign-in). Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk.
• Payment information — when you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Content you provide— prompts, uploaded images, videos, reference photos, and voice samples you submit to generate output. This content is sent to the AI providers that power each feature (see "Third-party providers" below) in order to produce your result.
• Usage data— your plan tier and how many images, videos, and other generations you've used, so we can enforce your plan's limits.
• Analytics — aggregate usage analytics via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics, and performance data via Vercel Speed Insights. These use cookies or similar identifiers.

2. How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Operate the Service and generate the images, video, audio, and text you request
• Process subscription payments and manage your billing
• Enforce plan quotas and prevent abuse
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service
• Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Service
• Meet our legal and security obligations

3. Third-party providers

We rely on the following processors to run the Service. Each only receives the data it needs to perform its function:

• Clerk — authentication, account management, and subscription billing
• Stripe — payment processing (via Clerk Billing)
• fal.ai — runs the image and video generation models; receives your prompts and any images/video you upload for a generation
• Anthropic — powers the AI prompt enhancement feature and other Claude-based text features; receives the draft text you submit for enhancement
• Vercel — hosting, infrastructure, and analytics
• Google Analytics — aggregate website usage analytics

Because several of these providers are based in the United States, some of your information is processed and stored outside Australia as a necessary part of using the Service.

4. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal records. Uploaded content and generated output are retained only as long as needed to deliver the feature and show your generation history in the studio — you can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing gillies@genstreampro.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
