Frequently asked questions
- Why not credits like most AI generation tools?
- Credit systems make it hard to know what a plan actually gets you, because different models and resolutions cost different amounts of credits. We count images and videos directly instead.
- What happens if I use everything in a month?
- You can upgrade to the next plan instantly for extra room — there's no minimum commitment, so you can move back down again as soon as things slow down. Or just wait for the next billing cycle. If you'd rather not touch your plan at all, a one-time top-up pack adds a fixed amount for this month only, priced up front — never an automatic or surprise charge.
- Do unused generations carry over?
- On paid plans, yes — for one additional month. The Free plan resets monthly.
- How long are the videos?
- You choose the model. Standard gives you 5 seconds, no sound, billed as 1 video; Veo 3.1 gives you 8 seconds, 1080p, no sound, billed as 2 videos; Veo 3.1 with sound gives you 8 seconds, 1080p, native synced audio, billed as 3 videos. A costlier model simply uses more of the same monthly allowance — there's no separate currency. Longer-form tools (Faceless Video, Marketing Studio, Shorts Studio, UGC Ads) work the same way: a 30-second Faceless Video is billed as about 7 videos, not 1, since it assembles several clips plus narration and music.
- How is Hook Battle billed?
- A battle generates six versions of the same ad with six different openers, so it's billed as a flat 7 videos regardless of plan — charged only if all six land. It also counts against a separate monthly battle allowance: 1 a month on Free, more on paid plans. Hitting "Battle again" for a fresh round of openers costs the same as a first battle and counts as another one.
- Does a failed generation use up my quota?
- No. Quota is only charged on a successful result — if something fails (a content-policy rejection, a provider error), nothing is deducted and you can try again.
- Can I delete or revisit something I've made?
- Yes — every image, video, and audio clip you generate is saved automatically under My Creations, and you can delete anything from there whenever you want.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, plans are month-to-month with no lock-in.
