Terms of Service

1. The Service

GenStream Pro provides AI-powered image and video generation tools, including image and video generation, editing, character creation, dubbing, voice cloning, and related features, on flat-rate monthly subscription plans.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We don't offer partial refunds for unused generations.
• We may change plan pricing or quotas going forward; we'll give notice before any change affects your current subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create or upload content that:

• Is illegal, or depicts or sexualizes minors in any way
• Contains non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of real people
• Impersonates a real person, or uses their likeness or voice, without their consent — including via the character, motion transfer, or voice cloning features
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property or other legal rights
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or defame others
• Attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its providers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may report illegal content, including content depicting the exploitation of minors, to the relevant authorities.

5. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the output you generate using the Service, subject to: (a) you warranting that you hold the necessary rights to any image, video, voice sample, or other material you upload as input, and (b) the underlying AI model providers' own usage terms. We claim no ownership over your generated content, but you grant us a limited license to store and process it as needed to operate the Service and show your generation history.

6. Intellectual property

The GenStream Pro software, branding, and website content (excluding your generated output) belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. AI output & availability

Generated output is produced by third-party AI models and provided "as is". We don't guarantee that output will be accurate, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and you're responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it. The Service may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted, including due to issues with an underlying AI provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenStream Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
